Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the https://www.stevesaucerministries.com website (the "Service") operated by Steve Saucer Ministries LLC ("us", "we", or "our").


Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.


By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access this Service.

Processing and Shipping

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order and send you a tracking number (via e-mail).
  • Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship, excluding preorder items. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. International orders, please allow up to 15-20 business days for your order to arrive after the tracking number is emailed to you. Please also check with your local post office or customs after 10 days as the package may be held there. Longer delays may apply due to Covid-19 and/or if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address. 
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to resolve it. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and delivery to the wrong address) MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it!


Here is a simple run-down of our Refunds and Returns policy:


  • NO REFUNDS!
  • Book sales are FINAL! Books do not qualify for returns and or/store credit. 
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE!
  • We welcome all qualifying returns for an exchange credit ONLY! However, exchanges MUST be authorized. Please do not return any item without authorization. If an item is returned without authorization, it will be refused. Please e-mail us at: info@stevesaucerministries.com to request an exchange. E-mails must include your name, order number and reason for return.
  • Items MUST remain unwashed and unworn with the tags still intact to qualify for return. If we receive items that are not in this condition, we will not honor the exchange.
  • Requests for exchange must be made within 3 calendar days after delivery. We will not honor exchanges after 3 calendar days (excluding holidays). 
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless we are at fault and have sent a wrong and/or damaged item.
  • Upon authorization, if a return tracking number is not provided to us within 48 hours of our confirmation of your intent to send items back for an exchange, the exchange will not be honored. We will make necessary time adjustments for weekends and holidays.
  • Please allow our team 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your return once we receive it.


Clothing Care Policy

Our shirts are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We pray that you enjoy them as much as we do. Most items are heat pressed with a vinyl design. To get the most wear out of your items, please heed to the following care instructions:


  • Machine wash cold
  • Turn inside out
  • Dry on low setting
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron design
